Description:

Perma R-PDXY is a two component thixotropic epoxy resin based coloured joint mortar used for filling joints in between tiles or stone. It provides for aesthetic germ proof, chemical and hard wearing Joints, resistant to a wide range of spillages and chemical attacks. Part A consists of a thick coloured paste consisting of Epoxy resin, graded aggregates, pigments and additives. Part B consists of a soft paste consisting of a mixture of graded fillers and catalyst.

Primary Uses:

• For grouting residential and industrial floor joints where hygiene control, damp & wet conditions are experienced along with chemical resistant properties.

• Perma R Poxy er is Supplied 1 kg and 5 kg pack size.

Perma R- Tone Ftller-WD is a three component product consisting of water dispersible epoxy base and reactor and filler. It only needs on site alillisat die of the three ingredients to get an uniform consistency smooth paste which is used for filling the joints. It is also used for filling the joints between stones, marbles, cut stones etc. Connentional cement based joint filler are not strong enough, they have the tendency of promoting the growth of bacterial colonies and the epoxy base tile joint fillers do not satisfy the sardirds laid down by the food and industry. R-Tone Filler-WD is availabe in selected shades, giving an ample choice of creating the desired pattern with matching or contrast shade of R -Tone Filler-WD with the shade of tiles.

• CIF is modified to give high tensile strength and non shrink and waterproof properties
